We collected a lot of information over the weekend and we are pleased to report that everything has gone well. There were a few snags, but nothing that appears to be a serious bug.
There continue to be some issues with wingmen operating properly; however, JR is hard at work addressing these remaining glitches. The good news is that once wingmen are working satisfactorily, it will be easy to apply the same code to include player directed capital ships.Judging from this weekend's data, the basic economy does appear to be working properly. In an interesting twist, bounty and experience points were actually working and accumulating properly but were not displaying (oops)...but that should be easy to fix.We are continuing to work on these and some other minor issues and will post a status report to Game News a little later this week. If all goes well, we will open things up for account registration shortly - then everyone and his brother can tell us what we screwed up and need to fix/add next. ;-)
