SELECTION OF WINNERS

Winners will be selected on the Day following the end of the contest and announced on the Ace of Angels webpage that day.

PRIZES

Winners chosen will receive one of the prizes displayed during the particular contest for which the user is competing. No substitution of the prize is permitted. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. All winners will be notified by e-mail by Flying Rock personnel, with further details regarding their prize. Return of any prize or prize notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event of noncompliance by the winner, an alternative winner may be awarded the prize.

ELIGIBILITY

These contests are usually open to residents of all countries, of all ages. To be eligible, contestants must give their email to Flying Rock either through the Ace of Angels account mechanism, or via the Ace of Angles Forum. Without an email linked to your handle, BEFORE the contest, you are not eligible to win. This email will be kept confidential by Flying Rock enterprises, and not shared with any third party. Employees of Flying Rock and anyone involved with the production of this contest and their families are not eligible. Decisions of Flying Rock are final in all instances. Prizes are nontransferable. If Flying Rock is unable to contact the winner or if the winner fails to claim or accept his/her prize within 10 calendar days of notification, the prize is forfeited and a substitute winner may be chosen. Participants in this promotion agree to be bound by the official rules and decision of Flying Rock. Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. ANY WINNER is INELIGABLE to win/compete in ANY Flying Rock contest for the next 90 days

GENERAL

The winner accepts responsibility for all federal, state and local taxes and fees in connection with winning this contest. By entering, winner releases Flying Rock and its agents from all liability with respect to the use of the prizes awarded herein, agrees to be bound by these rules, and consents to the use of their name in the announcement of the winners on the Flying Rock site and, use of their name and likeness for advertising and/or promotional and/or marketing purposes without additional compensation. The Prize Publisher, Developer and/or Distributor are not responsible for this contest and have no affiliation with Flying Rock. All matters with prizes related to the Prizes are the responsibility of Flying Rock. Flying Rock assumes no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, system errors and failures, faulty or delayed transmissions, or other telecommunications malfunctions. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Flying Rock and/or its Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the online promotion should any unauthorized intervention or other cause beyond the control of Flying Rock and/or its Sponsors affect the administration or proper play or conduct of the promotion. Flying Rock reserves the right to revise procedures mentioned in these rules at any time.

Squadron Contests based on score are calcualted from the top five players in that squadron. Specific prizes will be awarded to those individuals. Each of the five players must have a seperate address in order to be eligable to compete. Squdron Logo Submissions must be approved by Flying Rock staff before they will be placed in the game.
